These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
- PRODUCTS
We sell lighting products and related goods through our website.
We make every effort to:
- Display products accurately
- Provide correct descriptions and pricing
- Show colours as accurately as possible
However, colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings.
All products are subject to availability.
- ORDERS
When you place an order:
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
- This email does not mean your order has been accepted.
- A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel an order
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders due to pricing or technical errors
If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
- PRICING
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Prices:
- Include VAT where applicable
- Exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect confirmed orders.
- PAYMENT
We accept payment via:
- WooCommerce Payments (powered by Stripe)
- Debit or credit card
- Bank transfer
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
We do not store full card details on our website.
- DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Supply chain issues
- Events beyond our control
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
If goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- CONSUMER RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

- Fit for purpose
- As described
If goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To cancel:
- Notify us in writing within 14 days
- Return goods within 14 days of cancellation
Goods must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
You are responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:
- Bespoke or made-to-order products
- Customised items
- Special-order items
- Electrical goods that have been installed
- Items damaged due to misuse
This does not affect your statutory rights.
- ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
Lighting products must be installed by a qualified electrician where required.
We are not responsible for damage, loss, or injury caused by incorrect installation.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any rights under UK consumer law
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content including:
- Images
- Logos
- Text
- Product descriptions
- Graphics
Remains the property of Lights & More Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
- WEBSITE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Interfere with website functionality
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse occurs.
